This is a perfect class if you’ve never taken a yoga class before.
Instructor- Sandra
The class focuses on basic postures to help strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You will move at a slower pace with controlled movements and stretches. Expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. It will be a great foundational class to help develop your yoga practice.
